Dr. Neel Mehta is both board-certified in Anesthesia, and fellowship trained, board- certified in Interventional Pain Medicine. He is the Division Chief of Pain Management at the Weill-Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital, as well as Co-Director, Weill Cornell Multi-Disciplinary Spine Center, overseeing outpatient and inpatient services together with a large team of dedicated Pain and Regional Anesthesia Physicians. Dr. Metha’s practice aims to give control over pain to the patients experiencing it. Dr. Metha is highly involved with research concerning Spinal Chord Stimulation, and has published textbook chapters regarding cancer pain, back pain and spinal chord stimulation.

This week, the discussion circles around the uses of Low Dose Naltrexone, especially with regard to its use as a treatment for pain.
